Product descriptions and images
We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any setup or growing guidance on this site is general advice. Homes vary, and so do the spaces people grow in. Our kits assemble by hand and plug into a standard outlet, so no licensed trade is required to use them, but any fixed wiring or plumbing you add around them is electrical or plumbing work and in Australia that must be carried out by a licensed electrician or a licensed plumber.
