Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We are a “online supplier”, with no physical shop or premises. In this way, we are able to pass our considerable savings directly to you.

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

What if I change my mind?

Our products can be returned within 15 days of purchase. A non-refundable $99 per order packing and handling amount applies on a change-of-mind return, and the item comes back at your cost. If the product is faulty or not as described, the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law apply and those do not have a fee.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, until it ships. Contact us within 12 hours because most orders go out within 24 hours. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies to a cancellation.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Tell us straight away and we will sort it out. That is a fault, so no return fee applies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Do I need any experience to use the Indoor Grow Tent?

No. It is built for beginners: follow the instructions in the box and you will be growing without needing to learn anything technical first.

Does it come with everything I need?

It comes with what the specification above lists. Seeds and nutrients are the usual extras, and we sell plant food separately.

Can I use it indoors?

Yes. It is designed for indoor growing, which is the point of hydroponics in a climate where the seasons get in the way.

What can I grow in it?

Leafy greens and herbs do best: lettuce, basil, coriander, parsley, spinach and similar. Growers also report success with capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber.

Is hydroponic produce organic?

No, and we will not claim otherwise. Australia's National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce requires production in soil, so hydroponic produce cannot be certified organic here. What you do get is food grown without soil and without the pests that come with it.

Do I need a grow light as well?

It depends on where you put it. In a bright spot you may not; in a kitchen corner or through winter, a grow light is what makes indoor growing work. We sell both a clip-on lamp and light strips.

How much maintenance does it need?

Top up the water, keep the nutrient solution mixed to the instructions, and check the roots now and then. There is no weeding and no watering schedule to keep to.

Is it noisy?
